I found this most amazing abandoned house on the way home from Minneapolis to South Dakota. I think it was in the southwestern part of Minnesota. I was caught photographing by the owner, who pulled up when I had barely gotten inside. Luckily, the door was unlocked, so no breaking in was to be mentioned...(really). I figured he'd kick me out and/or threaten me with trespassing charges. Rather, he inquired why in the world I'd want to photograph such a dumpy place...but go ahead, "knock yerself out." Then he told me a very sad thing...they were planning on burning it down in a couple weeks. Whoa. I got it filmed, documented. What a sad house.
